HELP with care choices in Michigan

Have you called your insurance provider and asked them directly? That's the BEST and most reliable way to get information. Even if someone else here as Care Choices, if they work for a different company their coverage could be different than yours. Each contract is negotiated differently. When I called my insurance company, I had the diagnostic and procedure codes from my surgeons office --- that way I could ask questions about the exact surgery, test and requirements. Doing it this way helps to avoid any misunderstanding. Good luck! Pam
