pre op

I have heard various things about pre-op. What did you do or have done the two weeks before surgery. I am suppose to be on target for rgery on May 14th. We haven't discuss pre-op yet.

Where are you having it done, the surgery I mean?

I am going through Dr. Kole at the new center at Oakland St. John's Hospital. For some reason I thought I had to do a liquid diet prior to surgery.

Call your surgeons office, I had mine at Beaumont and I really did nothing speical post-op. I just showed up at 6am on my surgery date, had my surgery and now have a whole new life. Its wonderful! I wish u all the best. Robin

Each and every doctor has their ow rules. I had to be on a liquid diet for 2 weeks. Full liquids, wasn't bad. Then clear liquids 2 days before if I remember correctly. Good Luck
