I havent posted in so long, thought I would just drop a friendly little hello out. I am almost 11 months out and feel great..........still no regrets about the surgery. I have recently found out that I need to loose the gallbladder, so that will be coming out soon I hope. Other then that life is great. I took my kids to florida over spring break, I went swimming in the ocean and enjoyed disney so much more then every before. Its amazing how much different I feel being almost half the person I was. What a nice message to everyone! It is so nice to have the sun shining, isn't it? Life is good for me as well...just got married last weekend and just got home from my honeymoon. I have lost about 145 pounds since 3 years today. Hey....it's my surgery birthday. Take care Tracey
