I know it's time to eat when.......
Hi Everyone, We all have triggers that tell us when it's time to eat. How do you know when it's time for you to sit down and eat?
For me it's when I find myself looking through the cupboards, and I take a bite of this or a bite of that.
Now that I know what to look for it makes it easier to stop myself from nibbling and fix myself something healthy to eat. Finding my trigger helps me to stay on track.
So what's your "It's time for me to eat trigger"?

4 to 5 hours betwen meals? That seems like a long time. I was doing that, but my nut said I had to eat more often. Every 2.5 to 3 hours. I started doing that, and started losing weight again (I stopped losing in November). It appears that my calories were just way to low. Now that I've just about doubled them, the scale is going down
