My mom taught me this and it is delicious! 1 16 oz carton of large curd cottage cheese. 1 tablespoon of mayo or miracle whip. 1 package of powdered ranch mix ( I used the fiesta ranch it is more mexican flavor) Blend well and serve with cut and washed veggies. It is so good my kids even love it! And I HATE cottage cheese, but I even loved it! Wendy

Honestly, I could not tolerate raw veggies for a year! But this is so good, you could almost eat it just as a topping for other food. Mix it with scrambled eggs or crumbled meat. You can be creative. Some people though can eat the raw veggies sooner. I still have trouble sometimes, but I just eat small amounts and chew really good. Wendy

When ever I make this I put the cottage cheese through the blender until it's smooth. This goes great with chips too. ~The really greasy super high fat ones. When you're done eating all of them you can sit there and blow the neighbor two doors down away with your farts And you fart so loud and long that you can wake the dead Sorry I guess I was missing K.P. God bless, Annette

Wendy, Thanks for sharing the recipe. I just love veggies now. I can't seem to have a meal without them. I always like veggies, but not like I do now. I always eat my veggies or salad first because it seems to fill me up faster. I usually dip my veggies in sweet/spicy mustard but this recipe sounds awesome. I can't wait to make it. Thanks, Lynn
