Well Im feeling a lot better!!! Yesterday I walked 2miles and unloaded 100 bales of hay.... my shoulders are yelling at me today..lol
We griled chicken breasts and they tasted great !!!! Have tried cooked aspargus and fresh fruit and so far so good Ill be 6 wks on wednesday my drs appt is on monday and Ill ask them then about salads !!!

Wow sounds like your energy level is good!! I am great thnx getting in all my protien and whatever I am supposed to I too have tried asparagus and cauliflour and broccoli and mushrroms and have been good with then all as long as theya re cooked.. I even snuck a bite of tomoate and cucumber and I was good. I am on Soft foods this week so tonite I am making a stew and tomorrow I will grill salmon on the BBQ... I am excercising 6 days a week 2 x with a trainer doing weight and the rest is all Cardio.
Looking forward to hearing about your 6 week loss and the salads...!! Good luck

I think I was about 3 months out before I had my first salad. I love salads, but I am not a fresh veggie eater. I did eat fresh veggies about a month ago, and found out how much I do love them now though and they work just fine. I don't know if this time line is the norm, but I would say around 3 -4 months out worked for me...
