NEW PRUDENVILLE WALKING GROUP!!

I am happy to announce the start of a new walking group here in Prudenville! Here's our schedule...join us if you can!! Where: Prudenville Elementary School field. When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays - 10:00 a.m. Sundays - OFF These are the weekly set times. Just show up to the time slot that best suits you. Hopefully we have scheduled them conveniently, so there will be someone walking at each time slot. This is our first week, so we'll see how it goes. May end up tweeking the times or narrow it to one walk slot on m/w/f, depending on the turnout. PLEASE COME JOIN US IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA!! Theresa

Thank you Annette! You have always been such a great cheerleader for me! Yes, I have been back on the "proverbial horse" for the past two weeks and so far so good! 7 lbs loss so far! We had two walkers at the 4:30 slot and one walker at the 6:30 slot. Kudos to Char for being such a trooper and walking all by her lonesome! Good for you! That's commitment! This is a new walk group so hopefully we will get more and more as people are available. I know it gets awefully busy for some, and others have their own exercise regimens, which is great as well. I set up different time slots so maybe at least one would fit in to everyone's schedules. Hopefully it works out! Again, thanks Annette! You're a sweetie! Theresa
