Day 4

I was so hungry today..and I felt weak and I have had a headach to I think that is because, I have not had any caffeine. but I no this is all worth it ..its just hard with a house full of people eating good things and smelling it ..mostly the kids my husband has been so good ..I even feel guilty about that, am afraid he isnt eating right..either cause he dont want to eat around me . You can do this Sherry. Just keep your eye on the prize. Don't worry about your hubby, he'll get enough to eat (mine was worried too).
