Heather, As the girls said, yes you can take them, and also you need to make sure you have a really reliable form of BC for after surgery. There is some research that suggests that women become more fertile after surgery (I personally think it's because you're getting to be smokin' hot, but that's just my HO). So be sure you have that in place and you take your pill at the same time every day following surgery.

I tell my self everyday the pill is my friend (lol). I dont miss one Dayja
