If they were old enough to move out and now move back in...They are old enough to cook their own meals!!!!! Why should you have to do all their cooking and everything else??? Put your foot down girl!!!

Hi Sherry, Judy is right, you need to learn the fine art of delegation. I know this is a hard one for us who like to do everything ourselves ( it was for me too). It will not hurt your family to help you with getting meals. What you are doing is hard enough without having to make meals for others who are capable of doing for themselves. Be tough and let them get used to the "NEW YOU". We are all here if you need us, we make a good cheering section. Stand firm, Phyllis

Hi Sherry, You Go girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am proud of you, now doesn't it feel good to be taking care of you for a change? You deserve this, you will thank yourself for it. Keep up the good work, positive thoughts and prayers are being sent your way for your surgery. Take Care, Phyllis

For your older kids, letting them take care of meals will teach them indepdence. So no guilt there. Hubby is certainly old enough. You're due for some meals coming your way not made by your hand, so let them take care of it for awhile. They'll survive and be better for it. (Easier said than done sometimes though I know!)
