OT: Deal or No Deal in Detroit

I just saw on the TV news this morning that Deal or No Deal is coming to the Millenium Center in Southfield tomorrow to find contestants. Is anyone going? It would be so kewl to see someone on that show who has had WLS and lost a bunch of weight and is rid of the comorbidities they had beforehand.

yes, also heard about it on Channel 2. A friend wanted me to drive her there. I rarely have watched the show. But with the price of gas & only from 10-1pm, to me it ain't worth driving up there. I am down by the Toledo border. So I told her no, but we can go to Bingo at nite instead. I really think that place will be crazy up there & nothing but traffic jams.
