HELLO EVERYONE

Just thinking of home today and wanted to let you all know we are doing ok I have lost another 21 pounds bringing my grand total to 443 pounds lost in July I will be 5 years post op and I feel great I thank God for Dr.S everyday he is the best and chuckie sits right there with him she has also helped me alot well it is 91 here today so I am going in the pool. Miss you. The cos school at the middle school closed and moved and now we are taking over that location at the high school. All those teachers are losing their jobs. Kinda sad. I was hot here today too. Glad to see you are still doing well. Carlyce
