ONEderland!!!!!!

I made it!!!!! I am down 110 pounds and I am 199.0 as of this morning... I made it to ONEderland. I have not been this weight since I was in high school... I am so excited.. I called everyone I knew this morning to tell them that I did it!!!! Shawn M.

congrats, am so happy for you I think I remember when you had surgery, how much have you lost so far ? also your the one with a big family ? was it hard for you to cook for your family after surgery for a while or how did you make out . my surgery is may 11 am so excited !! but I have a large family and I no its a lot diffrent dieting with a family . hugs Sherry

Thanks so much Sherry... The cooking part was hard at first, but now it is easy.. I either make seperate meals or I just take a tiny bit of what every one else is having... It has become so much easier and almost second nature now to eat the right way. But, it wsa difficult in the beginning and I did a lot of crying over missing my comfort foods. Each day brings a new challenge but also new rewards... Best of Luck to you on the 11th.. I will keep you in my prayers for safe and successful surgery and a speedy recovery.. Shawn M.
