Okay so after a VERY long night last night and me aspirating a small amount of vomit three different times throughout the night...I took everyone's advice and called the doc who sent me to the ER!! According to the ER Doc....I'm basically full of S%#T!!! LOL!! They just said I have "a lot of stool in there" and a bladder infection!! Gave me an enema and sent me on my merry way!! I just tried eating...I'm still in pain when I eat and drink and still have the discomfort on my left side!! Guess we'll just have to wait and see what the next few days bring me!!! Thanks again for everyone who shared their advice with me!! You guys are GREAT!!!

Did they give you a CT scan with contrast? What makes them think it's just an abundance of stool causing your pain? Hopefully the ER doc was correct and that's all it is. ER docs are generally not well versed in gastric bypass patients problems (that is unless they are a gastric bypass surgeon) and often miss things. I hope you feel better soon.

Have you touched base with your gastric bypass surgeron about this?
