co-morbitities

Hi, I have hypertension, diabetes and renal insufficiency. I see many people listed that have the first two but I haven't seen anyone with decreased renal function. I'm in the beginning stages of trying to have a gastric restrictive surgery but I'm concerned about the kidney function issue. Can anyone out there relate? Thanks for any feedback you can give.
