2 Days left !!!
I got my surgery time today its 9:30 in the morning am happy about that ..soI have to leave at 4:30 here to be there by 7 :00 I like to give myself time ..lol
I just cant wait ..am already for this ..I am surprising myself that am not more nervous than I am .
with all your support you have given to me , has really helped me I want to thank all of you .

You are going to do just awesome! Everyone at Spectrum is going to take such good care of you. You'll be done before you know it! And for me recovery really sucked but thats only cause I cant tolerate pain meds and I am doing it all natural! But everyday I wake up and it is better! But you will do great! So good luck to you and keep us posted!

Good Luck Sherry....I know I wasn't very nervous at all. I think because I knew this was something I had to do. Deep down. And it sure has proven the best thing to have done so far. Off almost all of my meds. Off diabetic medicine compleyley. On my way to a new HEALTHY me!!

Sherry your going to do great ! ! ! You have been on here asking questions, reading other posts, basically getting all the info you can.... that right there is going to help alot. You are in my thoughts and prayers ! ! And as for being nervous, I was the same exact way until they told me it was time to say goodbye to my husband and they wheeled me to pre-op. Then I started to get nervous, the nurse said I love when we have bariatric patients I get to sing them a song.... she sang "little yellow polka dot bikini to me" It was so sweet. The drug doctor made a joke about being as nervous as a prostitute in a church (don't remember the whole joke lol) then that was the last thing I remember. It happens so fast !
