HI nancy, I bummed I don't think I can make it to support group Monday night. I have to go to Gaylord to pick up my daughter. I might be able to get my husband to do it for me. I really want to come to group. I have been really grazing especially every evening so I really need the support. I am doing better with exercising. Hope to see you Monday, Lynn Sprague
