I spoke to Phyllis last night as people started to comment about what could be wrong with me and she was so calming... at first I thought what am I a freak...but she calmed me down and with everyones comments which helped dearly...we came to some conclusions that something is irritating my stomach...every morning I would start out with a protein shake with skim milk and I must be upsetting it first thing in the morning and then all day long it is just trying to tell me that I should not start with milk......I did a nectar shake this morning around 5:00 am..I have been getting up early to eat so when my little guy wakes up I am not feeling sicky..but. I just tried some scrambled eggs.....Guess what it did not make me sick..I will have to try some soy milk and see if that helps....Thank you all and thank you Phyllis for talking me off the roof....lmao....It was nice to have finally spoken with you when I was not high on pain meds....Next time I will just call ya to tell you how great I am doing...

Crystal a lot of us become lactose intollerant post op, it lasts about six months and then is gone. You don't have to use the soy milk, buy lactaid milk or land o lakes. It tastes exactly like regular milk, no difference except it's lactose free. Be careful what you eat, a lot of stuff has lactose that you wouldn't even suspect . Glad to hear you're feeling better Hugs Linda
