I was just wondering if anybody new of a wine the WLS peeps can drink...its all so full of sugar that I highly doubt it. My son is getting married in October and lately I have been hankering for and occasional sip of wine. Thanks in advanve for the info. Happy Mothers Day to all you "mothers."

I was told to always drink lite colored drinks so when the holidays are near I always do the blush wines.

I'm not a big drinker but I did drink about a half of glass of ASTI. It went straight to my head (lol) but it did that before. I was hanging with a few other WLS people this weekend and I saw a few of them drinking SUTTER HOME. It was a blush wine. Hope that helps.

I would think it would be similar to avoiding high sugar as a diabetic. I was told that red wine tend to have less sugar. Also, the drier the better. I would ask a wine shoppe, they are probably used to the question. I hate dry, red wine though.
