Hi I'm new here
Wow 110 pounds Shawn that's great!!! Yes things are changing for me when it comes to cooking my meals I just had 2 oz of chicken (in the blender first) 2 oz of mashed potatoes.....and 2 oz carrots hmmmmm all served on a very small plate that took forever to eat....Now I am looking for ways to cook my meals.
As for the posting I'm sure I'll be here with many more questions...
Hi jodi, do you have a crock pot? It was a good suggestion from someone on this board. You will fall in love with it meats are more tendder and easier to chew and digest. When you get to soft food stage check out cooking websites and books, I bought 5 different ones and have used it often. It will be a life saver after pureed stage. Good luck to you and don't be afraid to ask ???
Hi Jodie,
I'm north of you about 1 hour (mt pleasant) and like shannon banannon said, we go to Lansing often to shop. (not much here for me and I like to hang out with the girls!)
I'm almost 2 years out, have lost 170 lbs, and am at goal. I am in my 2nd phase of plastics, TT was 10/27/06 with a revision (scar) set for 5/24/07 and that's just next week!!!

I can hardly sit still.
I walk about 4-7 miles every other day and I work with the 'exercise' ball now to strengthen my abs!
If there's anything you need, or questions, don't hesitate to ask! We are all here for support and everyone has different plans, doctors, menus, eating habits and that's what makes us all so unique!!!!!!!!!!
Welcome!!!!!!!!!!
Stacey W
