my question is for the mmpc people out there ...did you try and get your 4 pts in before all the water ..like this morning I woke up and had 1/2 a drink now am trying to finni**** ..then I will try some water then I figure about 2:00a nother pt then water then 6:00 another one and maybe 1 more pt before bed not sure if I can do it.dose that sound okay ?

Hi Sherry...You won't be able to get all your water and protein in this early....Its more important to get the water in though...Its hard I know but keep sipping and you will get there soon....What you are doing sounds good but don't rush to get it all in. You are still healing that new pouch.

I agree with Judy. I think I did 1/2 drinks and water all the rest of the time. One nice thing is that right now you're not on the 15/45 rule for water so you can just sip and sip no matter if it's protein drink or water. Once your pouch starts healing a bit, you will be able to do more. I can't remember when I first was able to get a whole point in but I think it took a while.
