Just got a call from Dr Vanderkolk office to meet with him on Weds at 2pm in Grand Rapids.This is my 1st appointment with him. Anne said all my paperwork was in and it time to get ready that it will all fast now. So wish me luck.

Thank you for your imput I check out your profile I too when to MMCP and did not like the way thay ran the whole pre op and after care program. I talk with Mike Hays in TC and he is the one who told me about Dr.Scholten an Vanderkolk. I wa svery impress with my talk with Dr. Vanderkolk today I'm to get a call Wed the 16 to set up the pre op testing Roger
