OH event Meeting place!!

OK guys, we need to set this up! I am not familiar with the embassy suites and don't know much about the area. KP is gonna be there and hopefully will meet up with us where we pick. I am going to email him the time and place! So all those who have an idea please help me out here with some input. My idea is first thing in the morning at the check in area. Please feel free to post ideas and let me know who all will be joining us! Wendy

Check in area sounds good to me. I'm meeting Brenda there to get my Citracal. I'm pretty sure they'll have name badges for us. I also will be having flyers for our WLS picnic in July so watch out for them.

How about 8am at the registration/check in area? I will be wearing khaki capris and a black shirt, if all goes as planned. Plus I'll be carrying a walgreen's bag! It's going to be so weird to try to look for everyone based on their pictures here!

I will wear my purple tshirt with the big blue cat on it. Act accordingly. Check in table area is great, or close to coffee. I mean decaff. Yeah, decaf. That's the ticket.
