**here's mine:
1. What flowers do you love most in your yard, garden, or on the table in your home? I love deep purple bearded Iris's. I look out my bedroom window now and see them in bloom next door. I don't have a yard or garden, but I'd also love a big bouquet of Lilacs on my table!
2. Of all the people in the world, who would you like to meet and talk to?
So many to choose from, but I'd like to talk to anyone who is over 5-6 years post op WLS, and see how they are , how their journey is, and what kinds of things they are doing now. And Jackie Guera from OH magazine this month. I think it would be awesome to be in a line to see the Queen of England, having been to so many Kentucky Derby's in my lifetime, this past one she was there, and it would have been so cool to just see her.
3. How adventurous are you? What have you done once in your life that some people wouldnt? (sky diving, white water rafting, hot air balloon, repelling, rock climbing, fly an airplane with a pilot, etc., whatever it may be!) "Adventurous is the key word!"
I have been white water rafting on the "New River" in West Virginia, repelling down a mountain in WV, and would like to ride in a hot air balloon someday, and when all my journey is complete, and I've hit not only goal, but all my surgeries are done, I want to jump out of an airplane!!!!!!!!
4. If you could write a book, what would it be titled, and what would the subject be? "What they didn't tell you about WLS"....having numerous people who had various kinds of WLS submit their stories about their journeys and wondering if there was indeed something we didn't know. Until recently, I was unaware that gluten might have an effect on WLS patients.
5. Do you have a favorite recipe? Can you share it?
Not anything a WLS patient could eat, but I am privately contracting now for a catering service here in Mt Pleasant to make "home made authentic greek Baklava" which is phyllo dough, various types of nuts, honey, sugar, cinnamon from Indonesia, and it is delectable. My first pan is being made tomorrow, for a benefit party for HATS here in town, and the 2nd pan to be made for a greek graduation party June 2. Both pans will take about 4 hours to make from beginning to end. I'll have to take photos!!!!!! Before WLS, I could eat 4 or more pieces.

Hi! Here's mine:
