I have been experiencing stomach pains when I'm hungry. I mean it HURTS, then of course when I do eat, I eat to fast and get ill again. What a vicious circle, but I am learning not to let myself get that hungry but it doesn't always work. My question is, does anyone else wake up in the middle of the night so hungry that you can't stand it? Any suggestions on what to eat? I've been having soda crackers and water and that does help but.....
I am 7 months post op now and todate I've taken off 81lbs. only 80 more to go. I feel great really, doing a lot more walking (shopping). Sometime I feel my weight loss is slow but I have to remember we're all different. AND after years, I can cross my legs.

First, congrats on your weight loss. Second, what about your protein right before bed? How much are you getting in during the day? Maybe alter your routine to have a complex carb (as tolerated) and some protein. Might help you get through the night better. Like some apple slices and peanut butter, or some nuts, or even a protein bar. HTH.
