Countdown to revision TT has begun-clock ticks

Several of you who know me, my story, my wls, my tt, know I had been waiting for a scar revision surgery date. Well, just to hope for happy thoughts, positive vibes and stuff, it's officially on May 24, @ 6am at Barix with the uncomparable Dr. Vincent DiNick MD as the "master sculptor". A gracious thanks to Shannon Banannon for the never ending support and miles and miles of laughter we've had to get me to this point! A gracious thanks to Carey Poisson, for without you, girl, that man would be lost. A real testament to Dr Dinick's work is not only in his patients, but that the mere fact --my paperwork had been returned to me improperly filled out and HE TOOK THE TIME OUT OF HIS DAY AFTER SURGERY TO FILL IT OUT HIMSELF. It isn't often that happens, but I was told by Carey herself that he did it. And, I recognized his handwriting. So take that to mind when you yourself are searching for a remarkable Plastic/reconstructive surgeon for your future needs. Thanks to Debbie M for being an angel and for always sending me the right words at the right time. we've been to alot of rollercoasters lately, haven't we? Enjoy the weekend, and OH event. SW

I will keep you in my prayers that all goes well and you get the results you are looking for with your revision. I know that when it is my time I am definitely going to consider Dr. DiNick for my tt. But that is still a year or so away for me. Is there anything I can do for you or do you need a place to stay. I am not sure if you would get much rest around here with all the kids, but my place is yours if you need it. Just let me know.... Good luck Stacey. I hope yours works out as well as my revision. I can't stop looking in the mirror and wondering 'who IS that guy?" cause it sure don't look like me! It's amazing. oh and, lol, i didn't have to do any paperwork with Dr. S. I just had to show up at the hospital and he did all the rest. And his new office is a few blocks from my house. We both have fantastic surgeons.

Hey JAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY DUDE!!! I am soooooooooooo ready. No anxieties, no nervousness, just cool, calm and collectively wondering where the hell my breathing thingy went? LMAO I am looking forward to having the "ears" and pooch gone!!!!!!!! This has been a wait since December 10, 2006. So I am ready. Thanks for your words of encouragement my friend, you are a true skinny boy and one that has done good for the humanity of mankind and also for the girlkind of womanship? (lords and ladies of wls?)
