Way to go Crystal, I know that is the greatest feeling when we accomplish something we haven't been able to do in years. After all that is some of the reason many of us decide to have our surgery in the first place! I remember the first time after my surgery I rode my bike in about 3-4 years; it was a monumental moment. Keep up the great work girl. Have a wonderful week. Congrats. Sincerely, Judy R

Way to go Crystal. I don't run because of arthritis but I know that a good brisk walk makes me feel good. My dogs (dachshunds) don't care to go that fast because they can't check anything out but I tell them a brisk walk is good for them too. I know that when I was able to ride my bike more than 2 miles without getting winded was a great day. Keep it up and maybe your next goal will be a mini marathon.
