what's the difference?

Can someone please tell me what the difference is between a Blog and My Story when writing on our personal page?

My story is about your pre surgery life, decision to make the change, leading up to surgery -- more or less, PRE Op life! Blog is your new posts that include but not limited to updates, surgeries, weight loss, wow moments and more present things you encounter, good or not. Anything you want to share that is going on! SW
