AS OF THIS MORNING I AM NOW DOWN 100 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!!
IN JUST OVER 7 MONTHS OUT I AM DOWN 100 POUNDS AND FEELING GREAT!!!! (EXCEPT FOR THE FINGER AND BACK NOT WLS RELATED) THIS IS THE BEST THING I HAVE DONE FOR MYSELF!!!!!!
THANKYOU TO ALL WHO HAVE HELPED ME GET THIS FAR!!!!! SO MUCH LOVE AND SUPPORT...I AM BLESSED TOHAVE SO MANY FRIENDS HERE THAT TRUELY CARE!!!!

Wow Judy you are doing awesome! I am still waiting to hit that mark. Thought I was going to last week. Got to 99# lost then went back to 98#. Thats ok I am not unhappy. I will do it eventually, even if only for 5 minutes! Anyway way to go, be very proud! Nan
