Stacey Update

Hey all- what Carey said!!  I left her about 4pm and was doing great...she is having some burning at the incision site and feels like she is on a rollercoaster and nauseous but otherwise doing great.  I got there about 1pm and she was already walking in the halls!! Her mom is there with her and wasn't sure yet if she was going back to the hotel or staying overnight at the hospital.  She was still deciding... Thanks to all who signed her page and gave her support..she is a wonderful friend and it is nice people(well some) support her and care about her. She also says thanks to everyone who has supported her.. Will update more when her mom calls me later tonight!! She even shared her turkey sandwich with  me... I am glad that she is doing well...I hope that she will get home soon and be up and doing great..

I just talked to Stacey a minute ago and she is staying overnight...they need to get the pain under control and the doctor didn't write her a RX for pain meds.  So she should be going home in the am :) Shannon

Thanks for keeping us updated. Yes I just got your message sorry I wasnt here to talk with her. Just got home after working and doing things for family. A very long day.  So glad you could spend some time with her.  Take care, Debbie M
