Wanting Chocolate..
I have two recipes that are AWESOME - you'll never know they're good for you.
1. Double Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Bars. Just ask the Bay City Support Group gals, these things are delicious! And packed with protein (about 25g each). They taste like no-bake cookies. 2. Mocha Java Protein Shake. I had to figure out a way to use up some chocoloate flavored protein powder, so I came up with this:
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsp decaf instant coffee (Foldgers)
1 cup skim milk
ice cubes
Blend until it's the consistency of a frozen coffee drink. Enjoy!

Aside from the chocolate cravings how are you? I miss you we have not chatted recently... I have found an awesome chocolate that I have become addicted to and eat 1 every day. I started them this week and I lost a ton of weight this week too.. coincidence?? I think not!!!
