I'm in the last 24 hours of being "whole" i guess you could say.  I've been eating jello and broth all day long and I'm not really hungry, more nervous than anything. My surgery is in Ypsi at the Barix Clinic and I have to be there tomorrow at Noon.  I was kind of hoping it would be early in the AM, but no such luck. My husband and I just finished packing, the house is clean, the cats have extra bowls of food and I gave my friend my spare house keys and I guess I'm as ready as I'm going to get! I have a feeling this will be a sleepless night.  Any suggestions for getting a good night rest and any last minute ideas on how I should maybe prepare, what I should pack and bring?

There is nothing short of counting sheep. I count goats. We have a lot of goats. You will be fine. I tell people to enjoy the nerves if you know what I mean. There is no feeling like it. It means you are alive and wanting to stay that way which is why you started this process. Tomorrow you will be a loser. Congrats to you. Ahmed

When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
All the best,
