It sounds as if you have recently had gastric bypass surgery. This is the normal course of action as your body shed unused materials. You will also rid yourself of ketones this way when you are drinking a large amount of water. It must exit your body and the easiest rout is through the urine when there is enough water present otherwise you will sweat it out and then you may develop an odor. Stay with the water intake and protein consumption. Ahmed

You are spilling ketones because you are in starvation mode.  That is expected and actually one of the goals of WLS.  You might also be a bit dehydrated which will show more bilirubin, but also a waste product of the liver.  The WBC's could be a UTI, but if it was not a clean catch urine then it also could be contamination, which is most likely the case.  Just make sure you are drinking a lot of water, especially in this heat.   Hope this helps.  Carol

I would agree it's normal for the ketones. The WBC could be troubling if you've done the clean catch urine as a previous poster mentioned it could be a UTI. If you have access again, I'd do another clean catch stix to see how everything else is doing. Stay hydrated and call the dr if you have any symptoms of UTI (pain urinating, fever, flank pain, etc...) If you're concerned always call the dr to check it out. Better safe than sorry.
