pcp who takes Health Plus Medicaid in Flint area?

Hello, My friend has a PCP who is not supportive to wls at all. he keeps prescribing her xenical and dismissing her requests for a referral to the bariatric center.  can anyone please recommend a doctor who is supportive and who accepts health plus medicaid that's in the flint area?? my dr no longer accepts medicaid for new pateints and it's just too hard to pick one out of the phone book and see what you come up with!
