UNJURY MOCHA PROTUCCINO (pronounced "Pro-tuh-CHEE-no")
A fun Mocha Protein Cappuccino
1 scoop Chocolate or Vanilla UNJURY
8 ounces skim milk (1 cup)
1 tablespoon decaf instant coffee
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake until blended. Enjoy – all summer!
Protein: 28 grams per serving

1 scoop Vanilla UNJURY
8 ounces skim milk (1 cup)
About ¼ cup fruit (any mix of berries, bananas)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy – all summer!

SMOOTHIE TIPS
Skim Mil**** Cubes: For a richer frosty-cold drink, substitute frozen skim mil**** cubes (just freeze them in your ice cube tray) for some of the skim milk. For example, use ½ cup of frozen cubes and ½ cup skim milk in your recipe instead of a cup of skim milk. Blend in a blender until smooth.
Frozen Fruit: Use frozen fruit instead of fresh for a cold fruit slushy drink.
Add Peanut Butter: Add a couple of teaspoons of low-sugar peanut butter to the Chocolate or Vanilla Protuccino. Blend until smooth.
Or, Add Banana: Add ¼ banana to Chocolate or Vanilla Protuccino.
(Note: 1 scoop = 1 packet)
