Heather,   WOW, I'm soo sorry to hear everything that you have gone through!  I really don't have any advice to give, as I haven't dealt with your issues, but I wanted to voice my encouragement!  Have you seen the postings about the time-out program?  It might give you a place to start again on your weightloss journey, once you get the reactive hypoglycemia under control.  I wonder if I might have what your talking about, but very slightly.  Sometimes I get really dizzy and weak feeling, but I just thought it was due to lack of protein (and probably is) because when I eat something, it tends to go away. Here's hoping you the best!  Your profile shows your highly ambitious, so you should do just fine! Kerri

By the way, I didn't have a problem to bring up your profile.  For the other girls, just click on her name, under where the picture is suppose to be!

Heather, Just wanted to welcome you back and wish you success.  I too have hypoglycemia.  I've been on Synthroid for years now.  Can't say I noticed a difference with it after surgery or not.  Good luck to you Sweetie - I know how difficult it is. Take care, Carey

Got it now, maybe it took a little bit for it to show up!  Your name wasn't highlighted blue when I tried before.  I haven't had wls yet but hoping to submit end of the week.  I appreciate so much you sharing your story with us!  It's always good when we have to research something pertaining to wls, and someone was caring enough to share their story no matter what the outcome.  We all need to be informed when we make our decisions and your story needs to be heard. As for you personally, just keep at it, put yourself at the top of your priorities daily and you will find what works for you.  When you take good care of yourself, you can then take care of others better.  I wish only the best for you and I hope you find answers to your questions and are able to finish your wls journey with a positive outcome.  I know this board has answered many questions for me, and hopefully we can all support you too! Blessings & love, ~Hugs too, Steffanie
