Hi everyone, I havnt posted on here in quite sometime.  Maybe to busy maybe even alittle embarrased.  *****ally knows for sure.  I am interested in information from anyone that has had revisional surgery.  I am due to have revisional surgery this friday june 8th.  Not that i need information to do the surgery.  But after surgery, how did you do with revisional surgery.  Was it different recovery than your orginal bypass surgery.  Did you find more foods that didnt agree with you.  I had my first surgery 2 years ago.  I was one of the unfortunate ones that it didnt work for.  I lost weight then came to a screeching halt and nada since.  If any one can help with some info I shall deeply appreciate it.

Hi There! I didn't have revision surgery but I do know of Dr. Foote and his fabulous reputation.  I just wanted to wish you well for your up and coming surgery.  Are you being revised to a DS?  If so, I'd be more than happy to help you with your journey. All the best to you!!!

Hi there, Thank you for the support.  One can use all they can get at times like these.  Yes i have nothing but trust and confidence in Dr. Foote.  Seeing how this will be the 3rd time he will have performed surgery on me.  I am not having the D.S. done but a more radical RNY done.  Dr. Foote is going to make my pouch smaller and then remove about 150 to  200 centimeters of small intestines.  I will have more malasorbtion after this procedure.  Is very close to the DS but not all the way.  I do so appreciate your being there for my  questions.   Thank You
