Help!
This is the one problem that I have too. I tend to munch on certain days more than others. My Dr told me also that as a woman we tend to have food cravings like this prior to our cycle or after and it is our bodies craving iron. So if that might be an issue for you consider that. I talked to my PCP about it and will talk to my WLS about it this week.
It is amazing how much we can put away when we really want too. LOL

I am finding that back to basics should also include the 'ol walk, water and protein
I am trying my darndest to take in water, protein iron etc FIRST and I am soooooooo surprised how little room left for chips and dip
and to throw in some exercise

It can be sooooo hard sometimes, can't it? I have fallen into the munching too, and it's a hard habit to break! But I keep working at it, that's what we have to do. Good for you for knowing what's going on and working at it!
Oh, and let me know what the DVD is called exactly....I think that's something I'd like to get!

Update on the "diet"....I'm going to have to move in with one of y'all. Either that or throw my family out. Last night I walk into the kitchen and DH and son are roasting marshmallows over the gas stove. Right in front of me! Add that to the PMS and I was almost a widow!
Shirley, it was really great to meet you at the OH shindig. I'm glad that we're all talking about picnics and supper clubs so we can hang out with everyone, not just those close by.
The DVD I got is Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance. I ordered it online.
