HELP!! ITS STOPPED !!
I GUESS I HAVE HIT THAT PLATEAU, I AM AT 168 LBS, SCALE STOPPED A FEW WEEKS AGO. HOW CAN I RESTART ?? I HAVE THE FOLLOWING JUST ABOUT EVERY DAY. BF- PROTEIN DRINK, HALF CUP DECAFF COFEE MID MORNING SNACK- PROTEIN BAR
LUNCH- SMALL SALAD WITH SHREDDED TURKEY MAY BE 3 SLICES , I USE FF DRESSING DINNER- COUPLE SLICES CHICKEN OR FROZEN LEAN CUSINE DINNER OR BURITO YES I DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND TAKE MY VITAMINS, I WALK DURING MY WORK DAY AND ON MY TREADMILL AT HOME, DOES THIS STALL LAST LONG? WHAT CAN I DO? ANY SUGGESTIONS WILL BE HELPFUL !!!

Don't panic.
Just change some things will usually do it.
Go back to basics for a few days and see if that pops it. Remember you will have water gain too and since you are getting small the numbers will be small. It's percentage of excess weight.
You don't have much anymore so you will move the scale slowly.
You'll be fine. Keep it up.

My plateau at 6 months lasted about 3 weeks. Yes, it's frustrating but the weight loss hasn't stopped for long. Your body is just catching up to all it's been through and once it stabilizes, the loss will start again. Keep on doing what you've been doing. Add a little bit more protein and change your exercise a little bit to fool your body into thinking it needs to lose again.
