3 weeks out
I am 3 weeks out and have lost 25 lbs. Today, I either over ate or ate too fast. I threw up (with help, I couldn't take it) Actually, I was glad because I was starting to think that I had no restriction, It seemed like I could eat anything and all things. I seem to be eating all the time. any thoughts.

We have to be careful how much and how fast we eat, as you found out the hard way today. Are you keeping a food journal? Sometimes it feels like we are eating all of the time when in reality, we aren't. As long as you are keeping track of what and how much, and how fast you are eating, you should be ok. Remember as soon as you feel that ever so slight I'm full signal it's time to stop. At three weeks out you may not feel it yet, so be extra careful. Are you measuring out your portion sizes? That's a very important step to help avoid over eating. You'll soon learn how much is enough and how much is to much. Best wishes to you.

What kinds of things are you eating because I can't even get the desire to think about food let alone eat it. I've not gotten through a full popsicle yet and only yesterday ate my first 1/4 cup of jello, and that nearly killed me. Plus, the fear of throwing up is so BIG that I think that's stopping me. What kinds of stuff are you eating that you find appetizing?
