Today was my birthday

Hey stranger~How are you? I just read that you did it. the Scol....(whatever it is) therapy. So how are you doing with it? Does it work? I'm so happy for you.  Thank you for the birthday wishes.  I'm excited about mybeanbread.com I've been playing with this formula for the last several months, finally got it right (with a whole lot of prayer) and now the time is right to market it. I'm doing fine Annette.  Yes, I had the sclerotherapy on my stoma, and it was working very well and I was feeling alot of restriction at the beginning, but then I had a bout with vomiting (a bad dump...hadn't eaten anything "bad" in weeks, so had just a "little" of something and wow, BAD idea!)  Anyways nice to know that I can still dump.  But the wretching really caused some severe pain right between my breasts (stoma area) for about 5 minutes, and it almost felt like I ripped something, but whatever I did, I no longer feel that much restriction.  It was pretty scary actually....never dumped like that in my whole life, but now I know what Jon's talking about when he says he "saw God" when he dumped!!    They did say that it usually takes two, sometimes three times to be the charm with this procedure, but I was hoping for just one.  The procedure itself was a breeze...done with a scope, and done out-patient.  My stoma was at a 16mm when it was supposed to be between 12-15mm.  Anyway, that's the lowdown on me.  Still struggling, but not giving up!:-) I am sooooo proud of you Annette with this endeavor!  I expect to see you next on the Oprah Show!!  You should write to them!  Everyone wants something that tastes good, but low in fat and sugar!  Send her some!  :-) Best of luck and God Bless! Wow theresa, sorry you got so sick ~hope you learned from it. but I bet you really didn't expect that. Never give up! besides you can't  'cause I look up to you ;)  Your stoma was prety close to the right size so you didn't do to much damage. Just wanted to wish you a Happy Belated Birthday.  That's great you are walking 5 miles.  When I got home last night it was raining!!!!    I was so annoyed - I was ready to do it.  And I am happy to say no back spasms!!!!   Today is not looking too promising w/ the weather.  Might have to wait for Wednesday.   Take care, Carey

Hi carey, I glad you're not having the back spasms :0) I like to go a little further, but 5 miles is still good. Last friday Mary and i were walking and it started pouring (no lightening or thunder). It felt so good we went an extra mile.I started walking in the mornings, sometimes it's just easier to get it out of the way. the more you walk the easier it gets. Hey girl!  Ordered some bread to get you started on your business!  I sure hope it is as good as it sounds! (I am sure it is!  Ahmed is a pretty good recommendation!)  Fix the pix and I think you have a good site to start.  You probably need to add things like why certain things are good for people, some aren't as educated in nutrition and maybe put an add on OH for your site!  That would be cool.  People on here, are always looking for high protein good tasting products.  My only question is, can we combine shipping costs, the more we order?   Wendy

Hi Wendy, Thank you for your order. I did get it. Your bread should be shipped out tomorrow. I think it tastes very good myself. I have been working on getting it just right for the past several months now. I was concerened about the picture that we put up. It's not a very good one. mary offered to loan me her digital and I'm going to take her up on it. putting up an ad on OH would be cool. I wonder who I would talk to about that? I'm not sure what you mean by "can we combine shipping costs, the more we order?"  Please let me know what you mean, so I can answer your question. I don't know how it works, but I know that with bulk sometimes postage is less.  I don't know if this is with something less than 1st class or what.  Just checking. Wendy
