Hi everyone
I have not posted in a few days , everything is going pertty good
I been drinking 2 shakes a day to get in my 60 protiens ,plus a little food
am getting used to taking a taste of diffrent foods with out eating to much . it has been hard ..but getting better friday will be 4 weeks am going to weigh myself then and see how much I have lost and post it ..sometimes I feel like am not losing anything ..but my clothes are getting a lot loser... hugs Sherry
