For all of you post-ops...  In my quest for adequate protein, I ran in to Isopure Grape Frost (the clear, fruit juice kind)  last night.  I actually like it and the contents are amazing for how it tastes. This may be a re-peat of a question that's been asked a thousand times, but what do you all think of this product?  Where can I find it as inexpensive as possible?  Has any of your physicians recommended it to you?  I stumbled across it on a fluke while in GNC in Bay City last night.  I drank the whole bottle.  It was really good (to me).

I SWEAR by those!!!!!!  When I was newly post op I couldn't get in everything I needed by drinking powdered proteins, they filled me up too much and kept me full for too long.  Once I found those I had it made :)  Sometimes the Vitamin Shoppe will have them on sale as well as GNC, I take those opportunities and stock up.  My nutritionist says they are fine to use as a supplement.  Hope at least some of this is helpful to you. I know Stacey W is a fan of these as well

Good stuff. You can buy it powdered an dmix it up yerself too. Drink only half in a 40 minute span or your just gonna pee it out. I get them on sale from time to time at the GNC and my local health food guy.

Remeber only half now....

I use them now and then.  Been into Any Whey for the past few months and swear by that. Icy Orange is my favorite- tastes like Tangerine!!!!!!!! I use to do 3 cases a month!!!!!!!! Now if I have one bottle in my fridge I'm doing good. Those Profect Vials at barix with 24 gms of protein (also shown here on oh.com) are killer! And, you can now find other ones (vials, made my someone else, with 42 gms of protein and less than 4 fluid ounces!) TALK ABOUT CONVENIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
