Need to exersise now!

I have lost 110 lbs. since 1-30-07 and now I need to firm up my butt, arms, legs, and belly. What helps the most? I have gone from a 52 inch waist to a 36-38 inch waist. Help if you can.

I have lost 219 pounds. I find walking is the best for legs, thighs and butt. If you wear a backpack with a couple of bottles of full water, and a brick or two, it really helps to strengthen your upper back, shoulders and neck. All of the exercise you do will help to tone the muscles that are under the sagging skin. The best and most efficient way to get rid of the saggy skin is by exercising your way into see a plastic surgeon. lol God bless, Annette
