Hey y'all.. Hope everyone is doing well.. I just got back from ym 1 month post op appointment and i was shocked when I got weight.. I had to lose 40lbs before surgery and I ended up losing 51lbs.. so that was good.. right?? LOL.. when I got weight this time they told me that I had lost 50lbs in one month since my surgery.. Ain't God good? LOL.. I'm soo happy.. and I'm 101lbs lighter.. I'm happy!

Protein and water?? well it was soooo HARD!!!!!! (at first)... My God I thought I was gonna die and clearly not make it.. LOL.. but I'm doing much betta.... the protein and the water is going down better now. as a matter of fact.. as I sit her typing to ya'll right now I'm drinking some water.... sure am!! lol

Wow your doing GREAT! Yes inthe begining it is very hard to get everything in. I still have some days that are and I am almost 1 year out. Just take it one day at a time. Yes GOD is good.
