Hi Sherry, I still bake ~oh yes I do :0)  I can't share my recipe's though. I have started a new business with them. It's a good thing :0)  You can take a look at what I have to offer, and the nutrition info.  by going to www.mybeanbread.com  I am trying to get samples up. My daughter will have to do it for me GRRR. If I were you I would just save some time and order from this site ~or experiment for months and months (lol) to come up with my own wonderful product that doesn't have any added sugar or fat. Talk to you later. God bless, Annette

God bless,
Annette

Sherry, I use this peanut butter cookie recipe often.   Very low in calories and will satisfy my craving for a cookie once in a while.   1 Cup of penut butter 1 Cup of Splenda 1 Egg Roll in 1 inch balls and flatten with a fork.  Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 7 -8 minutes.  This recipe makes about 2 dozen cookies.   Very tasty.   Carol

I still love to bake. I made a really yummy banana recipe last week. It had graham crackers, margarine and splenda for the crust then sour cream , sugar free cool whip , sugar free vanilla pudding and bananas. I f you want the recipe I can get it for you. My favorite peanut butter cookies are 1 cup Splenda 1 cup oatmeal 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup peanut butter. I love these.

Thanks Stacey ~ what an awesome site, just what I've been looking for!!  "You rock Sis'ta"   And thank all the rest of you who posted recipe's too (I've copied all, lol)  I'm another one who very much enjoys spending time in the kitchen!   I love my Splenda, however, I've found it to be way too sweet to use as directed.  So I have found in converting some of my old recipe's that cutting sugar to half amounts works very well.  I do remember my Mom did this with reg sugar when the sugar shortage came about...an of course MOM is unequaled in the kitchen anyway!  (Does anyone out here remember "the sugar shortage" or did I just *date* myself again?)  LOL!   Keep up the good work gals...an guys too!   Luff'yaz!
