Baking ?
When I was first allowed to eat "regular" foods, I baked a lot of low fat, Splenda goodies. I finally got tired of them and cut them out. I have discovered the reduced sugar Pillsbury cake mix in devils food that, if you use applesauce instead of all the oil, makes it low fat and low sugar (it does have sugar alcohols though). I eat a very small piece and it satisfies me. My hubby loves the cake though because it's not real sweet and is light and airy. Remember to eat this in moderation. It all contains calories and those will stop weight loss and also can help with weight gain. I make sure I can "afford" the calories by using my fitday. If I can't stay under my allotted calories for the day, I don't get a treat.
