How long should it take?????

I had an appointment on April 16th with my P.S. They submitted the paper work to my insurance co. It's been almost two months and we still haven't heard anything back from them! How long does this usually take? Thank you. God bless, Annette

Annette, you follow up with them, as the insurance companies usually have a 30 day window in which they have to give some kind of response. Good Luck. Carol

You have a medicaid hmo insurance and it could take up to 6 months to a year to get a determination especially plastic surgery. Sorry to burst your bubble I will be thinking about you Hugs Tricia
