I WANT TO THANK BOTH OF YOU FOR THE KICK IN THE BUTT !! lol I am doing so much better now ...I started my exercise plan and am feeling soo good ..I will tell you it was so hard at over 300 pounds even thinking of walking ...I new I could do it after I got down a few pounds . I am down to 286 as of today ..and have been walking 1 mile aday.
also I reread my instructions on what I should have and I am doing much better now I drink 1 shake in the morning 30 pr and am getting the rest of my protiens with food . maybe thats what I needed for everyone to flip out on me ...but I am trying soo hard and I no am doing good ..its just nice to have suggestions from others that already have been threw this . some of them were cooked califower,w cheese and refried beans w/cheese and baked chips boiling chicken ..I did buy some ground turkey and cooked that and but in the fridge for diffrent meals ... I will suceed with this ..and all of you have helped me before and now after surgery. I just want to thank all of you ..I no I asked some stupid questions that everyone gets tired of answering , I will try not to ask them in the future . hugs to all Sherry

I am glad that you have recommitted yourself to this journey. I know that the first few weeks are so hard and you get tired of having BLAH food. But it is such a short time before things are going to turn around. We never meant to be so harsh on you but we all have been there and you just need to beat the head hunger and the urges that you have. That is part of our journey too. I still deal with head hunger on somedays and sometimes I want to eat just because I am bored. Please know that we are all here for you if you need us.
