Glad you made it through ok!  Rest up and don't push yourself too much.  Listen to your body, walk, rest, sip your water and get all the protein you can.  Here's to a speedy recovery!

Welcome to the losers bench, where losing is really winning. Take it easy. Remember to walk, walk, walk, sip, sip, sip, and chew, chew, chew ~but not until you're supposed to. Take care. God bless, Annette

Just a little confused on your comment about MMPC patients being unsure regarding long term  control. I feel that MMPC has been very supportive in helping me to overcome issues that I have had. If I email the dietician I get a response back right away. When I told her I was struggling a little bit she sent back everything I needed to get back to the basics. Obviously you don't like MMPC and feel it is necessary to post negative comments. I sure there are patients that don't like Scholten and VanderKolk also. MMPC is wonderful. I'm going there next Friday for leadership training so I can help other people in my shoes. Sometimes when people don't do well they also like to blame it on someone else instead of taking the responsibility on themselves. I am in control here not MMPC. I need to make the necessary changes and make life style changes forever. Thanks MMPC for doing such a great job. Lynn

I'm sorry I came across that I didn't like MMCP Any group that help us with a uncontrolable medical problems is great in my book. The two people that I spoke to only stated that I was be visited by Drs that did my surgery and his team of Dr. three time a day while I was in the hospital. I was not having any problem a couple of time he stop just to say hi.
